The licence key.
It allows JEIKO updates on your site. You enter it once; the site then presents it on its own at every update.
Where to find it
On jeiko.fr, in your account, under My licences. It is placed there as soon as you subscribe or start your free trial, and you also receive it by email.
Where to enter it
- In your site's administration: Settings › Updates › Settings.
- Paste it into the Licence key field, then save.
- A “5 sites” licence comes with five keys: one per site.
At the end of a trial or a subscription
Your site keeps running, with all its pages and data. Only JEIKO updates stop, until a valid licence is entered again. A cancelled subscription stays valid until the end of the period already paid.
Hosted plan
If we host your site, the key is already in place and updates are applied for you: there is nothing to do.
Keep your key to yourself: it is tied to your account. If you think it has been disclosed, write to us and we will issue a new one.
